Woman Dies After Being Hit by Tire From NHRA Crash

As many people know racing can be a fun event to watch. Unfortunately, a spectator died during a NHRA top fuel drag race a couple of days ago when a tire came off the dragster and hit her. She was air lifted to a hospital and later pronounced dead. This is a very sad thing because I love drag racing. I go to the ones here at ORP every year and to see and hear what happened, it only brings back the thought of danger that exists at those types of events. The problem is though, what will this do to the NHRA, will they be laisse-fair or do something about it so that it never happens again.
